After an extended (and intermittent) absense from the regular UK tourney scene due to Uni and money constraints, I'm finally in a position to go full on into playing again this year.
Been playing tourney ball for almost four years now, as well as walk-ons and rec for a few years previous to that. Been on a few teams as guests over the years but the main team i was on was SPG Spirit in 2003, where we played Series 2003 consistently finishing within the top 5 at events (moving up a division with every tourney). Also I have played in a few Millenium Series events over the years including Toulouse and Campaign.
Although desperatly striving to be able to play any position on the field, typically I'm positioned back to mid and in the centre. This is mainly cause I'm pretty much ambidexterous with a marker and I have a big gob on me....not to mention fairly fast fingers (not that it means much these days). I love training and often enjoy training as much if not more than playing in tourneys. Thoughout the last couple of years i have often dropped into training with other teams such as Nexus and Firestorm.
Equipment wise, i'm pretty much ready to rock. Could do with new playing clothes as stuff I have is kinda on it's last legs. At the mo i'm shooting my Joy Angel that i'm very pleased with but might be intrested in something new and shiny.
I'm located in north Nottinghamshire and have my own car and available to travel around....within reason of course....
