The Tanel Boots--> I am 90% sure i am gonna buy them off planet, but was wondering if they would allow enough movement in my ankles for when i run? does anyone own them? and do they let you move easily and not restrict movement even though they are boots?

Okay, I have played paintball in Tanels, but the true trial for them was the time that I played American football with them. They are rugged, last ages, and offer great agility. Even the high ones allow for plenty of movement of the ankles, you can't go very wrong with a pair of those. The only downside to them is that the cleats are of the hard variety, meaning that they are not comfortable when walking on pavement and such. They will also wear out quicker on such surfaces. But for playing on grass, they are excellent!

You'll be fine. Tanels are great boots, soft but supportive, (damn that sounds like a bog roll advert)

The only thing I did was replace the standard inner sole for one of those sorbothane shock stopper ones 'cause the bridge of the shoe didn't match the bridge of my foot.....painfully so. But then as I'm the only person that found this that I know you should be OK
