Planet rail help

ok i have a planet rail and on an off on my ego the trouble is it becomes really lose quite easily so if i tighten it 7-10 games later or less its virtually off the gat, can anyone help me please?

U sure its just the rail, or the fact that u got that add screw sticking out not really securing the OOPS?

its definately the 2 screws into the grip frame

had the same problem on past setups (not the oops rail tho)
I used weak locktite, worked alright

as said use weak locktite, a couple of thin split washers, or some o-rings.
