I've just placed an order through Planets Website and thought I'd put my views on the service offered......Feckin Super is all I can say.

I had a few problems with the order and called the shop, the guy at the other end could not have been more helpful.

If all the Highstreet shops offered this level of service it would be a better place to shop!

And that is what you pay for. Service and peace of mind.

I had a recent example of buying a marker from London Paintball Supplies. When the marker arrived from the supplier they checked it out and found a tiny mark. They phoned me for advice and sent it back for assessment. Then had the choice of keeping it at a discount or getting a new one.

When the new one arrived all lovely and wrapped in celophane they sent it to me , I attached air and turned on ......... problem. I discovered the bolt was missing.

I phoned Jon and Chris at LPS who could not have been more helpful, bolt arrived next day.

Top service from a top shop, well done LPS.
