you guys said icons and silver bullets sucks, and m3's are the best, they make PMI don't they, so they piranahs are good right? i like the features on the eforce ext pro 03, anti chop venturi bolt, regulator w/ gauge, e grip so i know it's fast, flush cocking system(what's this mean) anyway, are they good?

Right matey here i am again, one of very few to take a keen technical interest in spyders methinks :D

Flush cocking basically means nothing protrudes from the back of the marker, when the bolt is cocked (pulled back to allow the striker to latch on the sear), the back of the bolt sits flat to the back of the body.

Anti-Chop venturi is the best idea i have seen in spyder bolts, if its the one i am thinking off the front and back halves of the bolt have a spring which retracts when a ball is only half-feeded into the chamber reducing a chop. I think you can also adjust the tension of the spring to adjust for paint hardness.

Overall just get out there and shoot some markers, find which one you like and go for it.

If you dont have that option, choose one that has good features which you like and also have a good rating on pbreview.com

Laterz. :)

aarrghh!! i tried posting a long reply on this but somthin went wrong and it didnt get posted!! :(

neways ill post a shorter version on what i tried to say

ok, i got a piranha myself a G3 Ext PRO 2002 w/ eforce frame its got the flush cocking and everthing. basically flush cocking means that everytime u fire the marker the bolt does not protrude out of the back of the marker and hit u in the goggles , so there's not need fer a beaver tail to be installed. the only time it comes out is when u cock the marker n thats it.

u can get reviews of the piranha here

but thats on last years piranhas, the ones i have. upgrading it is quite easy as u can get aftermarket parts fer it anywhere and the barrel threads are the same as the spyder so getting btr barrels arent a problem. upgrades arent as many as the cocker but u can pimp it out good enough to take out all the eblades n the angels out there :D

nvr had any major problems with it apart from replacing an o-ring here and there, and the manual i have to say is really good as it guides u through the whole process of field stripping the marker and to get it working if anything goes wrong. understanding the marker is quite easy as its a normal blowback and field stripping is a sinch. one more thing i like about it is u can adjust the velocity just by turning a knob so no tools are required.

anymore questions on it dun hesitate to ask

cheers

i read the review on it on pbreview.com, everyone said they were good and the lowest rating was an 8 of 10, only problem that came up more than once was with the stock regulator, which somehow doesn't work right, but they'll send you a free kit to fix it and that kit works according to them
