piper dvd?

WE only have a week of studio time remaining so it must be finished by the end of the month, turnaround on post production is 8 days . I've now spent something like 60 working on it.
So ready very soon.
It'll be worth the wait.

Tried to pre-order but.....
I wanted to pre-order the DVD, so I mailed the address given on the website. Got a reply asking for the usual details (name, address etc) and for my credit card number. Well, I'm not about to trust that kind of info to the vagaries of the email system as it's not exacly secure, so I decided to phone & give my order that way.
2 days of trying to get through all day long & only getting an answerphone message left me feeling that my order was unwanted - I also don't fancy leaving my credit card details on an answerphone rather than with a person. I'll keep trying, but I'm not awfully impressed.

We are in the office monday - friday 9.00 am til 5.30 pm. If you get the answerphone (liz) then we maybe on another call, you can leave your name and phone number on the machine and we will call you back. If you want to order the dvd call me on 01932 865999. I am here now.

Got hold of that nice Mr Piper this afternoon & have pre-ordered OK. First time of trying today, & even got sent my own personal copy of the preview - how's that for service!
Must purely have been my bad luck I couldn't get hold of anyone when I tried last week, & sincere apologies for casting aspersions in my earlier post.
