pictures in sig

i know this has probably been posted before but....

how do i get pics on to my sig

and how do i include them in a post?

a step by step guide would greatly be appreciated

basically u first have to host the pic on the net...
if u dont have anywhere then www.muchos.co.uk host pics for free...

then when ure posting u click on the 'IMG' button and it prompts you to type in the address... then u just type/copy the adress into the box and hey presto you have pics in your post/sig...
