Philly American Players Need Team For France

This is Jason Trosen from the Philly Americans, a couple of us were supose to play the france event with Power trip, but they caped the rosters at 11 so we need a new team to play for. We need to be able to wear our smart parts gear.

I think the best the only thing you can play is DIV3 if you do play Paris

As this is a pro player, is he even allowed to play in div 3..?

Because they have played CPL they cant step down beyond div1, I *think*. They may be able to but im pretty sure they can't. Any Philly players that didnt play in the CPL in Madrid tho, can play in any div they want. Bowen played with whoever in Marseillie because he hasnt played Pro this year so was free to do so.

This just for CPL, DIV1 and DIV2??

Paragraph 3.09

After a teams 3rd Millennium series event the roster of Champoin League and Div1 and Div 2 teams are locked. If such a team wants to register a player for thier roster, who is not present at one of the first three events, they need to provide his ful name and birthday before the rosters are locked. such a player can pick up an ID cardlater, provided he has been rostered by his team in time.
