The pump forum on PBNation (shudder) is one of the more civilised parts of that site, so take a look there as there is a lot of info about the Phantom. You may find a few differences with an older Phantom, such as a fixed barrel, a slightly different bolt setup and no return spring on the pump arm, but otherwise that should get you started. Just lube sparingly with a light synthetic oil and check the power tube for any signs of cracks or stress around the ports and you're good:)
