Word on tha street is that Team England was gonna go tha way of Team Denmark due to lack of funds, but first WDP and now PGI have stepped in and put their money where their mouth is to get tha team over to tha US.

X-Ball will not just show who is the best paintballing nation, but should have a fantastic effect on the image of the sport in general. These companies are obviously seeing the bigger picture here rather than counting the pennies today (and being patriotic as well).

I dont wanna throw a wet towel over things but:

Im English right..... but i am still in favour of the squad being called team UK, even if there is no welsh, scottish, serbo-croat or whatever. In case you havent noticed this is the United kingdom (although you may not think so at times) and we need to promote our sport as a nation not as individual "residual" countries...

and Liz, its good for UK paintball not English paintball

Walker, I'm all for that as soon as I see all the other nations in the UK display a unified attitude but I ain't holding my breath mate coz it ain't happenin and never will in my lifetime, sad but true !!!!
