After all the hype and controversy, just who is intending to play the PGI Central 7's in 2004.
So far we have had deposits from about 16 teams, a full list will be published shortly, this means that there are 16 teams who have not yet committed, you have until 31.10.03 to qualify for the discount.
That aside, I would just like to pay homage to all of the hard working people in this fine sport of ours, without there help and dedication we would not be enjoying the game as we know it today.
People like:- Niall Squires and crew - longest running tournament in the world today, and one of the first to hold an event in a public stadium.
Tim Taylor, Doug Setters, Ledz, for the original 10 man leagues.
Terry and Liz Martin for establishing the now UKPSF, and Bully for continuing the work.
Bully for establishing the Northern Circuit.
WDP for dragging the game out of the woods, what vision.
Jerry Ward Barber - and Adrian Saunders for encouraging a wayward group of lads.
Barry Fuggle for the Indoor.
The Staff at PGI for setting the standard and continually raising the bar.
