personal payements by paypal

as per the title how do you make personal payements? does the money already need to be in the paypal account to do it?

when you send the money there is a little box at the bottom and there are two buttons at the top of that box one, one sais personal payment, click on that then owed or whatever the buyer wants.

ye it does but it doesnt charge you money

Basically it gives you the option to cover the paypal fees instead of them being taken form teh buyer when they recieve the money. For example I sent £30 the other day as a personal payment and the fee was £1.12 or so that I covered meaning the total that came out of the bank was £31.12. You don't need money in paypal to do this, it works as normal.

but if you use your paypal funds to send the money, neither party pays any charges
