Pointblank near Darlington have a walkon on, on the first Sunday of the month. Good mix of tourney and scenario players.

First walkon is £35 inc breaky, dinner and a box of Empire Heat, £5more for mid range paint and £10 more for tourney paint. Had good turn outs this year usually around 40 people give or take.

There are regulars that come from durham, newcastle, hartlepool, middlesbrough etc etc

That sounds great cheers, I could give you my mobile number and you could let me know when something is been arranged, do you buy all your things off the Internet or is there a shop within the Durham area where you can buy things from?

Those walk on days sound cool, and would not mind giving one of those a go

Yeah I am on Facebook you should find me easy enough, its David neilson profile picture is a tattoo of a skull and rose, I have been looking at the just paintball website so was thinking of using that one for the CO2 tank I need. But I work in the darlo area so might just pop in and have a look around

I thought about this one but then was told otherwise, I was told air is 2-3 times more expensive to get set up with all the gear and harder to find refill sights,

So with been new I am only going off what others say..... If you recommend air could you please post again with some rough prices of set up, and some pro's and con's of air over CO2

Thanks for looking....

ill drop you a message on facebook and set it straight. someone needs a right good slap if they told ya that

co2 bottle, £20? air bottle £30?
most sites are air, decent ones anyway.
air is better for your marker, doesnt freeze it up and stuff up orings. more consistent, VERY easy to get refills. safer, doesnt freeze you if you touch it. all markers above basic starters run on air so youll find yourself changing one day anyway.

i made same mistake, took a co2 bottle mines in the garage brand new absolutely perfect!! never been to a site with it once, got it filled day i bought it in the end i let the co2 out because it was in the bottle for months unused
