Firstly it's polite to not type in all caps. All caps indicates you are shouting on the net
secondly I think you will find the correct location for trying to contact an individual (if not by e-mail) is in the Announcements CONTACTS, and Queries forum
As to the guns, they are both great. If you are worried about efficiency then the Impulse may bet a better bet. If you want it to take cocker threads then the Matrix. I'd recomend actually trying each in a game and making your own mind up.

with my limmited knowlegde
Imppys are nice efficent guns with very few problems the matrix although relativly new is a sound marker. We have had one on test at accademy before. The good news is if you up grade the bolt you can stop all those gas hog problems the earlier ones were slated for.
But as manike says try for your self and see what suits I allways thought I would be an angel girl love the look of them feel of them and then there were cockers

But seriously though....the Matrix is fast, quiet and fairly accurate at high rates of fire.
