anyone know if there is anyone in the uk that'll service my mq valve - i bought mine off of ebay, and it arrived yesterday, the noid was crushed :( so i can't get it to work - was just wondering.

that was such a useful post, wasn't it. It really helped me fix my mQ valve, and by the way, it was the shipping that killed the mQ not the other buyer - and, everything else i've got from ebay has been perfect.

Skeet- do you have any pbx contacts?

the packaging is pretty dented too, so it must have been dropped or had something heavy on it. also the noid was sideways in the box, it wasn't very well packaged, but you can press it out by dissembling it, then pushing a pencil into the back, and popping it out, just have to find a tiny allen key for it - i mean a really really small one!

the noid has been crushed inwards ... you know how a noid works, by pushing out, it doesn't do that, it doesnt pop - so it has been crushed.

The noid works by pulling the armature in not pushing it out.
Can you take a pic of the damage because i can't see how it could be damaged from shipping. I would happily stand on mine without fear of damage.
