just tried to send a personal payment but they were still gonna charge me a fee!

are paypal wising up to our personal payment abuse?

is it just me? have i owed too many people too much money?

Its done that to me before, charged me 0.70p but I can't remember why. It did have an explanation agaisnt it.

Yeah I bought two things via personal payment and still had to pay the fee

I think if you have the money in paypal its no charge upto a certain value,if it comes from an attached account it charges you.

I got charged when i used my credit card but not when i payed it straight out of my bank account.
