Paypal question

I have 2 accounts, I want to send money from one to the other, then withdraw it to a bank account. How do I send it between accounts without incurring/incurring the least amount of charges? Something to do with personal payment owed/gift/something?

I don't really use paypal much...

That simple eh? And how long does it take to appear in the other account? It's just that this is quite a few quid and I don't want to f**k it up.
