hi i have received a payment into my paypal account how is it i can get the money in my paypal account into the bank account it is connected with, and when i go into it it shows up the paynment and gives me the option to file it what does this do? sorry if it sounds like a noobie question

You select the withdraw option and it transfers to your selected bank
