paypal help please!

My paypoo account has sent me an email sayin ive reached my limit of bla bla £££ please confrim easy steps to confirm that bascially im not money laundering etc etc

but my problem is my old debit card expired and have a new one to the same bank details , but obviously its not the same card number, so does it matter if my bank account thats connected to paypal to my old card does it matter that its my old card number? or does their computer know my new card number and i dont have to edit my old card , because i dont wanna click "remove card details" just incase i dig myself deeper

its normal, even if you put a new card on it. you will have to do the confirm steps to continue to use it. its to prevent money laundering. but yes remove old card and put new one in

actually i think i mite of sussed it, i thoguht it wanted to confirm my my card number (which on paypal i thought it was the old number) but its the account number instead

i tried phoning them up to sort the laundering stuff out but looks like its a calll centre in india and i cant tell what they are saying

Ive had to change card a couple of times.

Its not done on your card number but on your account number. They only use the card to verify the account.

In the user settings bit where you can see your card details, you can change the card issue number and security code.

That should sort you.
