Payment sent and not item received 2 weeks on

As above, i have sent payment for an item and 2 weeks on i havnt received it. I have msged the guy 3 or 4 times and had no responce.

What do i do?

I am all for that but first I like to find out if there is a genuine reason for a lack of response. The guy could have gone on holiday, or he could have internet issues or he could have been abducted by aliens. So before we name and shame let's give him the chance to explain
