Paul,

We are bringing down a shed load of stuff including a car full of paint and air fill stations. When re-setting/loading/working on markers - will we be working out of the back of our cars or will we be moving everything to a booth? If a booth will it be secure to leave 10 cases of paint, spare markers, fill stations etc?

Good questions, my crowds also bringing down a stack of dive tanks and kit etc, and as we're playing for the south, it looks like we're gonna have to lug the stuff to the other end of the field?

Details of what secure areas there are in each base camp would be good.

erm, what paint is warped selling at the site, this has probly already bin sent, but i cant find it.

Ok guys there will be 2 very large marquees with room and stageding for 350 players in each marquee , and the will be staff in the base area all day Also the is a cloakroom / secure area that will be staffed all day cost 50p pre item just to cover staff wages

player in the south will be required to walk to the south base however a shuttle service will be available for kit bags and air tanks ect from 8-7 pm and at the end of the day

Thanks for the reply.

Sounds as if I would rather keep the stuff secure in the car rather than pay £50 on security fees (15 cases of paint, many bags, markers, air fill station and so on) including the hassle of getting stuff in and out. Is this possible or will the cars be too far away?
