Paris-Anyone need a player or someone to help?

Hi guys

Just got back from Chicago PSP and would really like to go to MS Paris-does any teams out there need a player?Or even someone to work a trade booth or whatever,just want to be there really,i play for Russian Legion so i imagine it would have to be Div1 but im not how the whole locked roster thing works!
