painting a barrel

duno where else to put it, i saw a thread about painting masks etc in this section, mods move it to where it belongs, if not here.


iv got a silver backs, i want them black.. EDIT; or write my name or draw something on them.

duno what metal it is... v shiny though

what paint can i use to paint it and not flake and, are there any techniques or whatever?

Yep, get them anodized (they can do pretty patterns too, or even laser engraving for fine detail like text). No paint will ever stick satisfactorily to ally, and not chip off as soon as you look at it funny. Powder coating is about the only alternative to anodizing, but I don't think you want to do that to a barrel. Anodizing also has the advantage that it doesn't materially affect the dimensions of the part.

nah its not a boomstick, its propa old.. my brother gave it to me. just says wgp on it

erm well duno havnt really compared, lighter than my freak kit though
