Didnt really know where to put this but....
Has anyone used the website of paintball warehouse? (www.southwestpaintball.co.uk/pw) Basically I orederd a barrel of em about two weeks ago, according to the website they are still awaiting stock, I have tried to reach them by phone (many, many times) and by email but I never get any responce.
This morning I emailed em telling them I was cancelling my order but judging by the past performance this will have no responce either.
Does anyone know anyone who works at this site? Has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone tell me if I will ever get my money back?!?! Can anyone tell me who to contact to take this further?
Cheers Guys

don't assume the worst mate.......... paintball retailers are often busy at events and could even be out of the country ( I had a problem with an order from another retailer when their "shopsitter" was ill and the whole thing closed for a week)......... you never know. Keep trying, has the money come out of your account? if not cancel it at that end.

The dude at paintball warehouse is called Chris and is a really good chap.

I believe that they have moved offices in the last couple of weeks and would assume that they have had some trouble with the move.

Make sure that you have the new number (if there is one) and keep trying, is all I can suggest.

I am sure that he will put things right.

OK, here are the facts guys. JonnyB, your order was placed on the 1st April. Four working days ago, not two weeks ago.

Spoke to you this morning JonnyB and explained the situation to you. Smart Parts were stock taking last week and would not except any order so we did not get our usual shipment from them. So, we couldn't get your barrel.

An email was sent to you explaining this and we always answer any emails sent to us. We have given you an immediate refund and I apologiesed and explained the situation to you. You seemed quite happy with the explanation, but wanted to cancel your order for the time being because you are going away.

So, there's the facts. We provide an excellent level of customer service, but are sometimes restricted by our supply chain. This may mean waiting a day or two longer for your order, but you only have to shop in one place and pay carriage once.

We have moved premises, but our new address and telephone number is on both web sites and have been for some time. If you need to get hold of me, 01626 830732 is the new number.
