im new to paintball can ne1 explain to me wot walk ons are?

This pretty much says it all but to expand upon this, sites that may already be running frequent 'punter' or 'rec-ball' days open up their doors once a month to allow own-gunners to come and have a go.

Sites will charge normally between £40 and £50 for the privilege of 'walking on', and you get a box of 2000 paint with that. I've seen a few sites that are charging as much as £60 for the same, but please don't get me started on that.

For walk-on days most sites will charge a BYO fee where you take your own paint. Average price for this is £25.
