Hi, want to get a tema together and was wonder:
where do you train?
how do you go about organising it with the place??
what sort of things do you do at training?

Best thing to do mate is get your own gear, then attend a few walkon's a local sites to yourself and then go from there. Normally a few guys from teams or even the site may have a team so its good to meet other baller's. Find out if ur local site has a day for teams to come down and train and so on.
Thats what i did 6 months ago and im now playing the NSPL

ye its also a lot easier to get into an existing team than set one up yourself especially when you have to find training grounds and kit and have someone who knows the guns inside out etc.
definately worth spending some time at walkons etc. and talking to the local marshalls and walk on players as they may be able to point you in the right direction.
