Paintball Team near Cardiff?

Hi, I'm new to paintball and just recently purchased a marker. I plan on using my gun at Delta Force for when I go with my mates however I actually wanted to get involved with a team. I am based in Newport, South Wales however I cannot find a local paintball team. Cardiff and Bristol are fine for locations so if you experts know any teams there then post them here, thanks for the help.

Me and a few friends are putting together a team in the hope of competing in tournaments, is there any leagues that you would suggest?
