Paintball Silencers

What is the law in the UK regarding silencers on you paintball marker? Since in America it's illegal I was wondering what it is in the UK.

As its markers are classifide as air guns....its not illegal to put one on it....its only on firearms that you need a slot on your ticket for one.

But why would you want to??
Woodsball? No point mate...just get a quiet barrel!

Dont use liquid...what marker are you using...in the woods?
What have you got...how long playing..thinking of upgrading?

Haven't got a marker... yet, but should have one by January next year and hopefuly something nice (like a 'mag)... But doesn't air have that huge cloud anyway?

You only get a large vapour cloud when you are drawing liquid co2.
If you use a co2 marker, make sure its one that runs on co2 gas as opposed to liquid...
No you dont get any cloud with air!
If your after a Mag...or advice on geting a marker..what you after? what for and how much you looking to spend? How old? How serious about paintball..you know...havent got much else to do so we might as well see if we can sort you out!!

Sorry, I might be buying a ReTro valved one... But if anyones selling a air bottle and pre set reg and 12v revvy for under £70 I'll buy 'em...

i have a nitroduck preset with 1.1 bottle which has 2 years left on test which i may be convinced to part with for the right price
