we all know hundreth monkey safety hats are rare in the uk, but could a regular hard cap be used??

i mean anyone tried them on backwards, would they stay put.

just thought it was an idea for the young uns.

I just wear a bandana from Gizmos.. Me hair is fairly thick anyway.

I use a similiar reinforced cap for marshalling and they are very good - wear them backwards and it protects the head and neck. Although you feel the impact, it doesn't hurt at all getting shot there.
