Hey guys,

I hope this is the most appropriate place to post this:

I run a reviews website where you can add your paintball gear and review it. the site is called Verdicts (www.verdicts.co.uk) and the paintball section can be found here: http://www.verdicts.co.uk/level3.php?lvl2id=4

I hope you'll find it useful, and I look forward to reading your reviews - also, all reviews are entered for a chance to win our regular competition (this time around the prize is a £40 computer game of your choice).

If you wish to review something that isn't listed, simply add it by typing the full product name in the box provided.

Thanks

Mat...

I think the problem with review sites et al is that opionions are often polar.

Products get either a 90% or a 10% rating.... In the end it doesn't make it any easier to choose between a Halo and an Egg - they will both get 90%.

There is also no scale of 'goodness' right now a noob would think that an Inferno T3 is better than an angel. Why? Because the T3 has a 90% rating (same as the Angel) and 1 more review. Maybe some sort of indicator of quiality is needed, eg high, medium and low end.

I know what your saying, but so far i've seen a lot of items rated all the way between 1 and 10 - but most people review things they either love or hate, so...

But even if the rating system doesn't help, you still get to read the good and bad features of a product - do you have any recommendations for the site?

Thanks for the comments
