paintball on transworld sport

There was a small clip of campaign cup on transworld sport this morning, anybody else see it?

It was only brief but the commentator did mention facts such as paintball having been played since the early 80's, what the game basically involves, there are novice, amateur, and pro teams, and the sport is played by over 5 million people, didnt catch if this figure was a worldwide stat?
The footage was dynasty v russian legion.

i saw it and the was no goggle lifting, or bitching, this is just how we all want paintball to be represented on the TV. it shows just how much paintball is quickly moving from a war game into a proper sport.

There was also a short clip of some guys in grey, and the team who wear the red spider tops...

The fact that it was referred to as a sport is quite promising.

I think a congrats to Niall is in order, this is not the first time Niall has managed to get paintball aired on mainstream TV.
Transworld sport also covered the euopean indoor championships about 3/4 yrs ago, this seems to be the programme to contact if you need to advertise the sport.

More action and interviews with yours truly, Tommy Gun and Jaimie Abbott are on Reuters Worldwide. This means it is seen globally and picked up by any TV station wanting "filler material". The potential exposure from this is Massive.

yeah, i was interviewed by the Reuters lot too ... they did pre-game interview, then came on field with us for a game, then did post game interview.... They were responsible for the footage shown on Trans World this am too.

from what i seen it was all positive stuff..which can only be good for the game, especially the mugging at the end ..superb.
