pretty unpleasant............ intentional causing of pain using markers.

Kids are 8 to 10, adults were hobbled (feet tied together)so they couldn't run away, while they were shot at close range by children.......... intentional use of a marker to hurt someone. Load of crap, those involved should be ashamed.

Didn't see it but if they had 8-10 year-olds firing P'ball markers then that's illegal!

not if it's on private land and accompanied by adults:(
If under 14 you've gotta be under under the "direct supervision and control" of someone over 21 (on private land with the express permission of the owner)

Think those kids were under direct control? I haven't seen that particular episode but the one I did see looked more like the kids running the show... difficult to prove either way though :(

three of the kids are eight, the other ten (said so on the episode) firing tippmans from moving quads (driven by adults). Aim of the game from the adults POV was to take as few hits as possible (so overshooting was the aim of the game.....no eliminations) whilst having a cone shaped thing obscuring their vision and their ankles hobbled.......took place on some wasteground featuring rough ground, areas of concrete and piles of rubble.
marvellous.........sky should face negligence charges.

I don't get the thinking behind this...why do people constantly use and see paintball as a method of delivering pain? How does this work? Were the creators sitting back, smoking a cigar and thinking out loud: "Hmmm, we really need to jazz this up a little...I know! Let's have them shooting the sh*t out of eachother with paintball guns, that'll bring in the ratings!"

The sad thing is that nobody really notices when paintball is on tv in a good way, I remember seeing a guy play to gain confidence for redecorating his house! Everbody just remembers it "like on jackass"
