Paintball mini Clip

OK I have just made using some rather old footage a paintball to music video. I am encoding at the moment to a .mov file (thats quicktime) not sure of the final size.

Would anyonelike it mailed to them and can anyone host it so people can download it?

I can encode to another file format if people would like just tell me what would be good. avi, is prob the other easiest alternative and what quality and size would be good.

the best thing to use for downloads is the divX 5.0.3 codec.
It munches images down real small which is good for the internet.
it's free from divx.com
you video dosn't need to be any higher resolution than 320x240 for the internet, but you could include a higher res version too, for broad band users

3) .wmv (?) 2,016 kb (not sure if this has sound bit of a bad encode)
4) .avi (standard vid, best quality) 184,716 kb
