So i saw this realy cool sniper rifle by RAP4 and it comes with mags. How many balls can a paintball mag hold???

In the super6 games there are sniper only missions but thats for 4 people per super6 event . . so you need to be in fast for those.

18 if its the ones I'm thinking of, don't bother, problem is paintballs don't go far enough to snipe.
"Sniping" is not just long range y'know - you can be very effective using cover, concealment and single, aimed shots at close range too. Just ask the Scenario guys about a guy called Gommie.
true exile, true, but then you don't need what people tend to class as a sniper marker, which tends to be low capacity scoped markers, Gommie will conceed that a scope (as apposed to a red dot sight) is all but useless on a marker. There is also little point limiting your capacity in your hopper unless the rules require it or you like playing that way.
There's nowt to stop you taking single considered shots from concealment with an ego, round paintballs are fairly limited for accuracy anyhow. With the automag I used in the past I was hitting a player at 100 yards regularly - at the end of the game he showed me the 10 that had rolled down his clothing into his pocket un broken, thats when I gave up trying to "snipe".
Plus if you are using something like an ego there is nothing stopping you cutting down that bush he's hiding behind!
