There's one in Tarifa (some of the best wind and kite surf areas as well), just west of Gib.

I don't know when will Mercury's site be ready but it's really nice, in the middle of Malaga, turf... looks great from the highway (I drove by this monday)!!

Give them a call, they speak fluent English and will likely point you to some other place if their field is not ready yet
