Just a quicky, i'm going on holiday to Connemara in Southern Ireland the week after Campaign.

My missus being the absolute angel she is has said i can go paintballing while we are there.

Anybody know if there are any sites near Connemara or Galway (West coast)?

Any help would be appreciated!

Not too sure mate.
Most sites are based around Monaghan.
I've never even heard of Connemara

Best bet is to do a search on goggle or something.

Hi I went to southen Ireland to do a marshaling course for the UKPSF so I know they have sights there.
You need to get in touch with Steve Bull and he will tell you who it was.
Steve's on a well earned holiday for a week so call him after next friday.

Connemara is a beautiful place. Its Very rugged and I dont think there are many paintball sites there!!

Good seafood and beer though!!! I'd leave the kit at home and enjoy!!

Ryanair dont take guns at the moment too

Just moved back from Dublin...

Best bet is the Wicklow mountains south of Dublin, pretty sure there are a couple of sites down that way, one is close to Bray/ Enniskerry so about an hours drive from Dublin centre.

I'm pretty sure there is also a site in County Cork (there was a few years ago).

e-mail paintballwargames@hotmail.com think this site is closest to Galway as it is near to Westport in County Mayo (north of Galway).

My knowledge of the west coast is pretty sketchy but there are plenty of non-paintball things to do to keep you busy around Galway.

I'd recommend getting down to Kerry if you can, Killarney National Park is worth the trip, as is a visit to Dingle.

If you do head to Mayo, try a pint of 'special', Smithwicks with a Guinness head!

Hope this helps
