After having used Diablo Blaze in tournaments for some time now, our team is looking a playing with another paint type.

Does anyone have any comment to make, good or bad, regarding the following paint??

Zap
Victory
Nelson
Or just stick with Diablo?

Please note, we'll be using tournament grade, not site grade.

Any relevant comments would be greatly appreciated!!!

Tony, you just made a huge mistake:p you forgot RPS. Call Janice at Powerball and get youself a couple of boxes of Advantage paper shell paintballs. I've use them quite alot and am confident that it is the best paint I have ever shot. If you get a choice of colour go for the neon yellow.

Let me know what you think of it:D

Depends on what type your talking about, the old skool Allstar and Marballizer weren't great, but the new stuff is top quality:) I used to play for a team called Animal, we shot RPS at every leg of the South West League. The team just one the Am division title without dropping a single event, yeah thats right they won every single tournament:D

I've never had a bad experience with the new shell:cool:

I'm not really explaining myself very well, but.....
We asked about RPS the other day and was told RPS are not targetting the UK tournament market, therefore we couldn't get a decent rate for paint........ We weren't even given a price.......

Let me make it clear, we aren't sniffing for sponsorship or anything, we're just looking to buy paint!!!:(

Nelson Anarchy is excellent, that is, the runs of it that we get. Zap's new Chronic paint is outstanding as well, especially if you're at a Zap field and need to pick from something they offer. If you haven't tried it yet, by all means do. Victory we don't run into here in the States, so my knowledge of it is very limited. RPS yellow allstar and Slam are the only two paints of theirs that I would shoot by choice. Diablo's Hellfire and Imperial never disappoint.

I did get a price for RPS Marb from Powerball..

.. But it wasn't favourable at all..

Still waiting to hear from Zpa...

WDP Victory is looking good at the moment but has anyone any experience of it? We used someat Nottingham at the weekend but found it a bit brittle.. but It might just be the Site paint..

Perhaps I should say a bit more about Zap Chronic, without going too much detail (I.e. you'll have to read the mag to find out more! Yes, you want to find out!). It was used this year as the event paint for Skyball, which there it was a very bright pink. It's very gooey, thicker than Allstar in fact. It flies very well.

Look for evaluation of it in a forthcoming issue!!
