paint temperature

does anyone know the idea temperature for paint to be stored and used at

Just looked at a box of paint

Storage Instructions,
Store at 59F-86F (15-30*C)
Protect from freezing
Keep humidity below 65%

I've got mine stored in a covered empty hot tub in my basement. It's cool down there, the hot tub keep the humidity and temp about perfect, so all you have to do is buy a hot tub, cover it, and put them in that.
