I just recently got ahold of some PMI/RPS paintballs called Big Ball. I was wondering if anyone knew the size of the paint, like insert size because I am putting it in the .689 insert and the .693 insert and it seems to fit both of them.

Altho I don't know what the paint size is, here are some questions for you to help you guess the average bore size of the paint.
are you trying more than 1 ball, and for the bore size choose the insert that requires a little effort to blow a ball out.

like the mint said,try 3 balls in each insert,if you can't blow it through it's to tight,if it drops through it's to loose
