There has now been a forum added to the PA website for the purpose of player transfers. The new 'slave market' is available now and avaiable for:
Individual players (or even WHOLE TEAMS ) not registered with the PA to advertise themselves as available for signing.
Players who may already be registered but are not currently signed to a team but are available.
or for team managers to offer players available for transfer.
