The schedule for round three is now available... please note that divisions 1 and 2 play in the morning, divisions 3 and 4 in the afternoon

Just to confirm also: there will be a production crew filming this round for the programme that will be shown on Sky Sports. If any teams have banners that they would like to hang around the venue, please notify us in advance.

It'll be interesting to see how the new League teams will adapt to the quick turnarounds in this schedule. I think everyone got to grips with it fairly quickly at round 2 but there was still a few "tight spots" With a schedule this fast a teams "off-field" skills and organisation are just as important as their "on-field" performance.

Time will tell.

Why has the schedule been split like this, is it to make it easier for sky to film or so teams can go home early/have a lye-in? Or something else altogether?

Steve, it was split like this for Round 2 and there were a number of reasons for doing it. It was discussed rather exhaustively at the time, but after Round 2 the format worked well and teams seemed to prefer it so we're sticking with it.

Nothing to do with the man with the camera, it wouldn't actually make any difference to them how we did it as it's all in the editing.

the Millenium do it as well, u play either a friday morning and a saturday afternoon, or a friday afternoon and a saturday morning, and its probally to stop the 'We have a 3 hour gap beteen games' problem
