Pa Cup??? Anyone know whats going on?

It is the day before the tournament starts and I have no idea whats going on. This is not too different from normal, but what worries me is that noone I know has any idea whats going on.........................even the all seeing Spud!

There has been no official release of the teams attending, start times for both days, or even what format it will be. I know its 7 man unlimited and self seeding but do you play every team once ion the sunday, or just 7 random games (for example)?

Has all this info been passed out to the captains?

How come its not on here as well?

Gillie will be posting more details later this morning hopefully. One thing I do know is that the captain's meeting will be at 8.30am for a 9.00am games start.

Fields will be open from Friday afternoon should anyone wish to walk them.

Saturday.

Site will be open from 7am.
Captains Meeting 8:30am
First game at 9.00 am

Every team is playing everyone else on the first day...so that's 11 games...last game is scheduled to be played around 6pm...Its a long day but it means that the Sunday will be relatively short and we're hoping to be all done & dusted by 4pm at the very latest so that the teams with some distance to travel can get home at a reasonable hour...

Bonus info...

Day two will see the teams split down into two divisions. The scores from Day 1 WILL carry over into day 2.

Format is centre flag.

Dead Mans Walks are NOT allowed.

Odds on Manchester are 4-7, odds on Durham are 80-1

Ohh..and listen to Metro Radio today...3 or 4 of the teams have apparently been interviewed for a broadcast sometime today...
