You really need to change the colour of the font, the silvery/grey is very tough to see against the blue !
I hate the pop ups !
You could also do with more content !

some nice websites about at the mo....especially ones where you click on the persons banner in their signature and it comes up....... who would have something like that though

In addition to the other suggestions, you should consider what you are trying to achieve.... recognition, recruitment etc

General Info on you... contact details, location, training, recruitment
Links... where you get your kit, upgrades to your kit, forums, and make the ones you list as "clickable"
You could also look to purchase your team host name and redirect to the URL you use, so you can move the site between ISP hosting and keep the same link
