ouch please save my knees !

My knees are shot already, and more shots on them don't help either, so who makes the best knee pads?

empire ones are pretty good, i played for the first time in ages on sunday with some old skool renegades and my knees are bruised to ****, so im gonna invest in some.

depends on what pants your wearing as well i got a pair of 04 jt's and i can slide and take bounces on them without knee pads though the dye o5 knee pads are sweet.

Not that it matters too much but i wear the jt pro cargos, they have the reinforcement but no padding as such.
basically my knees are shot away from too much wear and i need to look after them now before i have the plastic inserts surgically installed in my knee caps, hence the request about pads.
Quite simply charging into posistion off the break is causing me problems if i have to get in low and tight, i've been offered some redz pads via this thread, and obviously there are pads from dye, jt, etc etc, but which are the good ones?

Try a pair of DYE C5 pads, they are really supportive and have "internal metallic side tension bars"

I had a really shot Knee at the end of last season, a session with olly the osteo and a pair of these and i have had no more problems.

Thanks chuck, my knees are beyond osteo but nice to hear the dye's work, to be honest i was looking at them anyway but good to have a second opinion.
