As it says in the title i am looking to move on this set of classic manga.
It covers the life of ronin assassin Ogami Itto and his infant son as they hack their way across feudal Japan to clear his name and seek vengeance on the devious Yagyu.
Spanning 142 chapters collected into 28 volumes this is an absolute epic in the manga canon. Anyone who knows anything about early manga will tell you of the groundbreaking influence of the work. It's almost like reading a story board for a film - in fact the "Babycart" series of films did just that, recreating some of the scenes perfectly. (I have that series on DVD too, if anyone is interested...)
Each book cost anywhere from £7-£10 depending on where i managed to get it.
In all the collection has set me back a bit over £200.
Each book has been read twice and are in 1st class condition.
Ideally i'd like to sell this on for as much as possible. but i'll give you lot a chance to go for the lowball of £65.
The downside is the postage - at about 5.6kg it's gonna be around £12 by 1st class recorded, or £22 by Special Delivery - i'll double check these with the buyer before they pay though!.
The other option i have is to trade them.
I really need a PSP as soon as possible. Mine has died and needs to be repaired but can't be arsed with finding a reputable repairer at the moment. Not needing to be the 3000 model - a simple phat 1000 will do the job.
may also trade for paintball kit of a similar retail value.
