That is also designed to run off an 85psi air hose. As I understand it will work on its own but will take a very long time to fill. I think someone said that to fill a 68ci bottle to 4500 would take several hours.

45ci tank from empty to about 4200psi in less than 3 hrs
Running a 3 Gal craftsman compressor at 90psi input


So without a compressor probably days to get a single fill in a 68

well otherwise your looking at atleast £6,000 for a compressor that will fill it up in a few minutes

Buy a dive bottle and fill rig, your local dive shop will fill it for a couple of pounds (£5 ish)
