Optimum barrel length?

just curious to see what people are using in regards to the length of the barrels, I assume anything too short reduces accuracy but as I've heard anything too long is pointless as it then limits control, opinions please.

I prefer a 14" barrel

Personally,I prefer an overall barrel length of 16"

Most common used is 14". I like a 16" most of time....

Control bore matters more to me than porting - I use a 15'' Eigenbarrel for day-to-day use and some Stella barrels for pump guns.

Longer barrels aren't any more accurate than all the other metal tubes out there. But you may find a slightly longer barrel (16 inch or so) easier to point and also to poke through bushes or push into bunkers than a short barrel.

i have a 14" and 16" deadly wind and just change between the 2...

Depends where your playing. Long barrel for open/woods (12" is my preference) short for built up areas/buildings (7").

14" on a cocker, 11" on a phantom is ideal for me.
