What things would you like to see in a store:
What things do most online shops lack:

And any other opinions would be great!!.

Also maybe what people think of most shops customer care how could they improve on it.

favourite on-line store....without a doubt has to be planet

why: a number of reasons, they update it almost daily (i know i check), they are helpful and always answer emails the same or next day, the site is easy to get around in and looks nice.....oh and ive been a customer of theirs since they took over manchester paintball supplys ten or so years ago and they have given me nothing short of brilliant service and product support since.
what do i like to see in a store:
site kept upto date, easy on the eye, simple to use, pref to see prices includeing vat if poss

what do other sites lack: altho pritty much everyone ive ever bought parts off has been helpful, i have never known anyone keep their site as upto date as planet

I have ordered twice from there now, both lots turned up next day.

They have everything in stock which is more than I can say for other online shops that I have tried.

Would like to see bigger range of clothing though.
