It seems like barely a week goes by where I am not doing something ridiculous for charity. But this one is actually gonna take some effort, rather than just growing a moustache for a month.
Basically, I will be cycling 100 miles over some of the biggest hills that North Wales has to offer. Here's the event website, please check out the route and see for yourselves how brutal it is. http://www.etape-cymru.co.uk/
I will be riding for Nightingale house hospice which is local to me. I have to raise over £200. Here's some info about Nightingale House.
Nightingale House Hospice provides specialist palliative care services to patients and their families in the Wrexham area who are living with the affects of a life limiting illness. It costs £2.4 million a year to run the Hospice, with only 19% coming from the local health board the remaining £2 million must come from the local community and its kind supporters. http://www.nightingalehouse.co.uk/
I know I seem to be asking for sponsorship all the time off you guys, and you have been really great about helping me out. If you have sponsored me before, please don't feel that you need to again, you've done enough for me. But if you would like to send something my way, anything at all no matter how small, I would hugely appreciate it.
My page is here, www.everydayhero.co.uk/pauladamcook just follow the link, and click Donate Now. I'll keep updating you on here, facebook, and twitter.
Thanks guys, you're heroes. #teambringit !!
