But whilst being 13 years old and resembling John Wayne in the sales arena, (ask your dad/mum), I think you will find you are legally and contractually bound to sell them to Bob for £7.99 unless there is a valid bid for more before the auction ends.... ended.

Sorry mate, but this is a Forum. No-one is legally obliged to do anything, especially at 13.
It's up to WGP4Life if he wants to be branded as a poor trader and risk not being able to buy or sell anything on here ever again.
TBH WGP I'd sell to Bob. You're pushing your luck with people on here as it is, you're lucky Hendy's new. Push it farther and you'll blow any chances of trading again.

Well sorry..

I can only assume that WDP informed the mods he no longer wished to sell and had the previous thread deleted.. as per the forum rules......

and that being the case..... why is the same product for sale again?

leaving it now dont wanna cause arguments.. just thought second hand trade was still covered by 'the sale of goods act', especially in the case of auction.
